How we handle website information.
This notice explains what personal information the DOMUS website receives and how it is used.
Who is responsible
DOMUS Property Management is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. Privacy-related enquiries can be sent to support@domus1.co.za or made by telephone on 012 252 7614.
Information we collect
When you use the enquiry form, we may receive your name, telephone number, email address, scheme or organisation details, the type and size of the scheme, and the message you choose to send. Our hosting provider may also process basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser information and request times, for security and operational purposes.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand the service required, route existing-client support, prepare a proposal where requested, protect the website from abuse and maintain appropriate business records.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, IT security or professional services, only where reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, legal or contractual obligations, dispute management and legitimate business records. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask about personal information held by DOMUS and request correction or deletion where applicable. You may also object to or request restriction of certain processing, subject to South African law and any lawful record-keeping obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not intentionally set marketing or analytics cookies. Essential hosting or security technologies may still be used to deliver and protect the site. This notice should be updated before optional analytics, advertising or third-party embeds are added.
Complaints
Please contact DOMUS first so that we can try to resolve a privacy concern. You may also approach South Africa’s Information Regulator using the official contact details published by that office.
