About Us

We have been in the property business since 2005 and property has always been our passion. Our property specialist, Von Hamman, obtained his B.Comm (Marketing Management) degree in 2003, and has completed several additional courses in finance and property management. He has successfully completed his National Certificate: Real Estate (NQF Level 5) and passed the EAAB's Professional Designation Examination.

We currently manage Security Estates in the Brits-Hartbeespoort, Rustenburg, Pretoria and Secunda area with great success, and we are expanding rapidly. Our aim is to relieve Homeowners Associations and Bodies Corporate from the day to day hassle of managing Security Estates by taking over their responsibilities and professionally ensuring all payments are up to date, rules abided by and the complex is properly maintained.
